Every car is black, under four years old, and detailed before it leaves the yard. The only decision that actually matters is how many people and how many bags — and turning up to an airport run in a car that will not take the luggage is not a small problem.
If you are between two classes, tell us the bag count and we will tell you which one fits. We would rather send the bigger car than repack your family on the driveway.

Before you book
A large bag is a checked bag.
The counts in the table above mean full-size checked suitcases, the sort you weigh at the counter. Carry-ons are the cabin-size ones. Golf bags, ski bags, strollers, car seats and instrument cases all need mentioning when you book — not because they are a problem, but because they change which car we send.
Child seats are available on request. Give us ages and we will bring the right ones, fitted before we arrive.
Our visiting director landed two hours late at LAX and the car was still sitting there, ninety minutes from home. Nobody called me about it, which is the part I appreciated.
